Thank you for supporting THEARY AMERI.

We ship products from Washington State, USA. Shipping availability, processing times, and delivery estimates vary by product and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5-10 business days unless a different processing time is stated on the product page.

Most products are made to order and require additional time before they are shipped.

The estimated processing time shown on the product page takes priority over the general processing time listed in this policy.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Made-to-Order Products

Some THEARY AMERI products are made to order after an order is placed.

Made-to-order products may take longer to process than in-stock products. Please review the product description before purchasing for any product-specific processing information.

For limited-run or event-related products, delivery before a specific event or date is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, the carrier's estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for the physical delivery of the package.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, and the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

THEARY AMERI is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue.

International Orders

International shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers receiving orders outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

THEARY AMERI does not control these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.

Event-Related Merchandise

For merchandise created for a specific event, including limited-run or made-to-order collections, we cannot guarantee delivery before the event unless the product listing specifically states that delivery before the event is guaranteed.

For the Seattle Mariners Cambodian Heritage Night collection, products that are made to order may arrive after the event. Please consider the stated processing and shipping timelines before placing your order.
