Welcome to THEARY AMERI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.thearyameri.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from THEARY AMERI.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About THEARY AMERI

THEARY AMERI is a brand operated by THEARY LLC, doing business as THEARY AMERI (“THEARY AMERI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

3. Products and Availability

Products may be made to order and may be produced or fulfilled by third-party production partners. Because of this, product availability, fulfillment locations, processing times, and shipping methods may vary.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

Applicable sales tax and other required taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout when applicable.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We work with third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printify, to produce and ship some products.

Because products may be fulfilled by different production partners, orders may ship from different locations depending on the product, availability, and shipping destination.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Many of our products are made to order or produced as limited-run merchandise. Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • No longer wanting the item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, written content, and other materials on the Site are owned by THEARY AMERI or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, or intellectual property.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

By submitting content, you grant THEARY AMERI permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, and marketing our business, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Our Site may use third-party services and may contain links to third-party websites, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, social media platforms, and other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

We may occasionally have errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information on the Site.
